Absolutely Wonderful place. My pup is pretty much my baby. A few months ago, we took her in to Dr. Hart with breast lumps. This was the first time we had ever gone to this vet. Dr. Hart was so sweet and compassionate. My pup needed surgery, and a biopsy revealed that she has cancer, and won't be with us nearly as long as we had hoped. Dr. Hart and all of the staff at Reagor treat my pup like she is one of their own. They love on her and give her treats, and tell us how wonderful she is. The doc did the surgery for a very reasonable fee. My pup bounced back crazy fast. A few months later, we had to take her in again, she again required surgery. She actually gets excited when walking in to the vets office even though she has been cut open twice there. the amazing care she receives is absolutely second to none. The doc does everything she can to help you find workable options that you can afford and never tries to pressure you in to paying for something that is not absolutely necessary. I recommend this place to everyone who will hold still long enough for me to gush to. I could not be happier and feel so blessed to have followed a freinds recommendation and go here.
Dr. Hart has continued Dr. Reagor's excellent reputation for quality and compassionate care. I trust her deep experience, and enjoy her open and flexible approach to treatment options. We have had both our show dogs and (previously) cats treated here for over 10 years. I'd recommend Dr. Hart and her staff to anyone. A+.
These vets did a bone biopsy on my dog. They actually did it twice after they figured out which was the left hind leg and which was the right. Accidents happen, but the aftermath of the whole issue was that the office manager (the owner's wife) tried to go back on the deal we had made to "make it right" and then asked me to take my animal somewhere else. I was a huge fan of this place for general upkeep of my pet - shots and checkups and the like, but when he got sick, it exposed a real lack of skill and empathy on the part of the vets and management. My dog ended up dying due to the bone cancer they were stumbling over themselves trying to diagnose. There probably wasn't a lot that could have been done if it were diagnosed sooner, but we will never know now.
