COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! The front staff are friendly and loving but once you see the assistants while you wait for the actual vet, try 'sell' you pricey services & then if you refuse, they scare you. They wanted $18 to cut a dog's toenails. It's $5 at Town & Country! Dr Hill is very nice & friendly but I taped a funny sneezing that my dog had, sold me some drops to put in her nose then only to find out on TV a year later that it was normal for little dogs since they have little nasal passages. The dog on TV was doing exactly what my dog was doing. I felt cheated. I need honesty. I don't have a ton of disposable cash to throw around.

What an amazing Vet! I have been going there for my west highland white terrier for the past 10 years. Dr. Hill is so kind and helpful. My westie loves him so much and Dr. Hill really knows what he is doing and helps me as a dog owner understand how to insure that my baby is happy and healthy. I come from Pleasanton and with the new freeway exit off of 580 I can get there faster :) I HIGHLY recommend him!!

Short, sweet and honest. Voted the "BEST" for ten consecutive years; enough said. However, just in case you want a bit more information, I will gladly expound my opinion. Theodore, my lovable labradoodle had an ear infection :( and frankly, my current vet has been frustrating me for quite sometime, so I decided to contact Hill's Veterinary Hospital based on a good friend's referral. I was initially concerned because Theodore's records would have to be transferred to Hill's Veterinary Hospital, but when I called they were happy to contact Theo's vet and have all the records transferred to them; problem solved. Hill's Veterinary Hospital immediately scheduled an appointment for Theo with Dr.Kestler and since I was a first-time customer, they sent me a coupon for $10 off my first visit. I arrived early, but did not have to wait long at all. They examined him thoroughly and were very friendly and professional. They scheduled a follow-up appointment to recheck the ear. A couple days after, they followed up just to see how Theo was feeling, which I thought was great customer service...my other vet rarely made that call. My follow-up appointment was with Dr. Hill, which solidified my future loyalty with Hill's Veterinary Hospital. He was great with Theo and explained, in detail what caused the infection and showed me the inside of Theo's ear with this amazing camera scope. I walked away with valuable information and a sense of confidence knowing that Theo was and will always be in good "paws" when he visits Hill's Veterinary Hospital in the future. They overcharge me so much, I pd $140 at the 1st visit, they put on too many unnecessary charges, I got the same thing done at some place else for just $12. I was so shock, all my dog need is just a shot, nothing else, they try to sell you care that you don't need as well. Asking for a price for neutered. Their price come up with $472 and I got it done somewhere else for just $102. Workers are nice, but I can't tolerant the price.

We love Dr. Hill. We brought our chocolate Lab to him and she just loved him. He is patient and kind and takes how ever long it takes to explain what it is you need to do with your pet. I just took our new 8 week old chocolate lab in for her well baby check up and she loved him as well. Everything is so nicely done for you. All the instructions are printed so that if you missed something while puppy was barking or trying to interrupt , you still have your paper work to remind you . Thank you Dr. Hill and your staff for being so nice and answering all questions so wonderfully.
