We had been taking our dogs to another local vet (just around the corner from this one), simply because it was the closest. But we never liked the attitude we got from the people there. When we had an urgent need, they couldn't fit us into the schedule, so we called Dr. Henricks and they got us right in. The care was the best we've had with our dogs anywhere. I especially appreciated the way Dr. Henricks kept costs down. He suggested an over the counter human remedy for our dog's skin irritation, rather than an expensive prescription or a formula made especially for dogs, which would have been more expensive.
