Worst experience of my life with any veterinarian, Doctor Singh. I found a kitten in my backyard last week it was sick and under nourished. I isolated the cat from my indoor cat until the Dr. Singh could take a look at the new cat and let me know it's safe to introduce the kitten to my indoor cat. I brought the new kitten to Family pet hospital and Dr Singh tested the kitten for FIV/ Feline AIDS and gave the shot for a upper respiratory infection. Two weeks later the Kitten is still sick with the infection and has passed the infection to my indoor Cat. At that point I brought both cats back to see Dr. Singh, During the course of the exam I ask Dr. Singh why he did not tell me to keep the cat's isolated from each other and if need to isolate them at this point. He said that he was not aware of my other Cat but I had been going there for several years and I told him on the last visit that was the reason I brought in my kitten. When I reminded him of this he became IRATE and just said do you want me to fix this kitty or NOT? I was like whoa, calm down as I started to review the situation with him he said I should take my Cat's elsewhere and the get out of his office. I expected better from Dr. Singh and he could have just admitted he made a mistake and I would have moved forward with him but instead he became defensive. Rather admit to his mistake and suggest a way of moving forward he just rudely asked me to leave his office while swearing at me. If you love your pet's avoid this place.

HORRIBLE. We went because are cat was losing hair.He claims that she is allergic to fleas. So we got charged $180 for a flea treatment and a steroid shot. And after TWO YEARS she is still hairless. So we went to All Creatures in Fresno. And they said the vet at Family pet hospital was right about the allergy so she recommended Advantage 100 flea drops. It has been about a month and are cat is flea-less and has her hair back.

The staff is very lazy and never happy. The waiting room is always dark. Went once with emergency never again!!!! I will pay extra to go somewhere else. Just do your research a lot of good vets in the Fresno, Clovis area.

Terrible service! Stay away! Don't question Dr Singh or you will be told to take your pets somewhere else!

We love this vet -- and he loved our cat. His approach to care is always reasonable and objective. We have been seeing this vet for about 10 years, for our dogs and cats.
