I love this place!! Their prices are more than fair, the doctors and staff are all compassionate to my needs and the needs of my little munchkins. It isn't "all about money" with these guys. It's about the best medicine for my dogs and cats and after all, that's all I care about. I've shopped around the different vets in the area, and All Bay is by far the most reasonably priced, the most supportive and most professional out of every place I've been to. I've been bringing my pets to All Bay for years and there is no other place I trust with my babies.

My family and I have been bringing our animals to All Bay for nearly 12 years. I let go two of my loved ones here and currently have 10 others under their care. The entire staff is friendly and knows their stuff. I've worked with every Doctor they have to offer here and I trust them all. Dr. Lentz, Dr. Bedros, and Dr. Wehren all care for my pets like their own. My animals actually love coming to their Vets office! They are spoiled and well taken care of here at All Bay. The prices are great and they make sure I understand everything they are offering. I feel 100% comfortable and in control of my animals care. How many places can you say that in? If your looking to trust your pets and your pocketbooks to someplace, this is the First and only stop you need to make.

My dog Princess was in pain, I took in and found out nothing serious. Just a sprained leg. Could have been worst. After a few day's back to normal. From a children author here in Concord, ca,

They took my dogs into a separate room for vaccinations and wouldn't let me back there with them. When I asked if I could go with them they said a doctor would have to come out to me but "it would be awhile". The lady made me feel weird for asking as if it was strange to want to be in the room while my dogs got vaccinations. I also got sales pitches before they took anytime to build any kind of trust or relationships with me or my dogs. I can't recommend this place. I don't trust them.

This is probably one of the worst places I have been to in a long time. All about the MONEY! I used to go to Dr Yohler who was awesome and I tried this clinic because I didn't like the people we took over at Sun Valley Hospital. Big mistake, I should have just stayed at Sun Valley. I have a 15 year old dog that has some issues and all they keep on saying is not sure what's wrong with him we need to do all these tests. In addition, they will not give me any answers on what the treatment would be after the testing or why this condition is happening. I don’t mind doing test but my dog is old and I don’t want to put him through unnecessary testing just because Bay Area Hospital wants to make some money. Dr Melissa Leonhardt is the worst. She is the hardest person to talk to without getting your blood pressure up. She is all about the gloom and doom and was trying to push all of these extra treatments for my dog that he didn’t need. We asked her a ton of questions and all she said the whole time was I really don't know. All she knews is how to make lots of money for the Bay Area Hospital. They are also located in the ghetto. The parking is horrible and the people are very questionable.
