I don't know what these people below are talking about but Banfeild Pet Hospital is awesome! Our dog Bella has had a horrible ear infection that we just could not heal on our own. So after searching we found Banfeild Pet Hospital which has been a blessing. We thought finding Dr. Smith was just luck, but this morning we met Dr. Beam and we were just as pleased. The staff is awesome and we were couldn't be happier. Thank you all for your help with our babies!!!

THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO KILL YOUR PET! I took my guinea pig there because she had lice and i wanted to make sure there wasn't something worse or if she needed some special treatment, this is my first guinea pig, better safe than sorry right? guess not... I figured they'd give me a spray or give her a dip or something instead they say she needs a $20 shot. So i went along with it and came back 10 minutes later when they said they would be done with this "simple procedure." They bring me in and tell me the shot went fine & her lice should start dying and falling off but after the shot while a vet tech was holding her there was a "complication." It seemed like NO ONE knew exactly what happened which is funny because there were about a million techs working that day. But apparently she got DROPPED when she "squirmed" and two of her 4 teeth were fractured so they had to put her under and trim them. They so graciously said they would pay for the surgery (note the sarcasm) but after all of that they still wanted me to pay $110 for a shot. Worst customer service EVER!! I took her home that night and for the next couple days had to feed her drugs, food and water thru a syringe. AAAAAND to top it all off she still had lice! let me reiterate...SHE STILL HAD LICE!! Basically they broke my guinea pigs face and then tried to charge me for it!!!! So tonight I just went to the Petco to buy small animal parasite spray and it is working PERFECTLY for $7!!

my boyfriends cat got hurt, & his brother brought him here becuz the first exam is free, they looked at him and said he needed xrays done but it would cost over 500$ and then after that if he needed work done it would cost even more, so my boyfriends brother told them that he could not afford to have that done, the day after he left with the cat an animal cop showed up at our house saying that if we didnt do something to help the cat they would take him away, making it seem like we were bad people, which def was not the case, we just simply can not afford to pay THEM so much money, i do not recommend this place to anyone, they are not considerate of how you feel or what you may be going thru, i say let this place go out of business!!!
