The staff at this store have always been super friendly and extremely helpful. They are always knowledgeable and have given us great advice on many aspects of our dog's care and feeding. Most recently, they were out of the brand of food we've fed our dogs their whole life due to a recall. The sales person knew what other brand had the same ingredients, read them to us, gave us a free can of pumpkin to help with the transition (I had no idea) and told us to return it all if our dogs didn't tolerate their new food and we'd try something else. By far, best customer service we've received!

So helpful! They've answered questions and helped me find remedies for my pets on numerous occasions. One vet told me my dog was just "having fun" when he developed a food allergy and was rolling around on the floor miserably. It was one of the store's staff that clued me in about grains in some varieties of dog foods. They also refunded a large, expensive bag of food when my dog developed another food allergy. I'm very pleased with how well-informed and courteous the staff are. They're not the place to get a cheap bargain, but if you care about the quality of food and care your pet receives, then this is a great place to shop.
