The other day my dog had weird growths growing inside her mouth and I wanted to get them checked out so I decided to go to Banfield. The Vet assistant was fantastic, he asked questions and actually looked inside of her mouth. When the Vet came in he BROUGHT IN A TEXT BOOK AND TOLD ME TO READ ABOUT IT!! Didn't explain anything and didn't even look in her mouth!! After that the Vet told me she was fine and was trying to get me out of the room while the assistant was trying to interrupt him to give me information and tell me what to do. He was way more educated, professional and concerned than the actual "Veterinarian" was. I was completely baffled by his lack of knowledge and carelessness. That was the absolute last time I will ever set foot in there.

Go some where else. This place baits and switches and.the staff couldn't care.about customers time

Horrible service! They try to sell you everything rather then care for your pet. There is no proper education regarding services they give, they are rude when they call. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. If you care about your pet and would like to have a good experience don't come here!!!! They don't know how to answer your questions here which leads me to believe hey don't know what they are doing. As soon as I get my puppy's shots done I'm out of here!!!!!!!!
