I am a retired Registered Nurse and I find the care toy pet was appalling sloppy and inexperienced. After many tests and X-rays they were still wanting to do more and more including an MRI. I feel they use your love for your animal to embellish the bill. And clearly they are not the place to take your pet if you really care about them.

We have been going there for years and have had great service and care. Of course, there are always going to be people that complain about something. I find the front office staff can be over-worked and there are a few that can have a less than pleasant demeanor. WHo of us hasn't had one of those days? The techs are always friendly and caring. I have used several of the DR.s and they have all been great. I come from San Francisco just for the great care and service that these people offer. They follow-up on call backs and always try to squeeze us in for last-minute emergencies.
