They are very dedicated to taking care of pets. When my dg needed to take some medicine, I just couldn't get him to take it, so I took him back to Cypress and explained the situation. One of the employees gave him the medicine and explained and showed me how to do it. I was completely surprised that they didn't charge me. Another time when I was there, someone brought in a stray cat that had been hit and was in bad shape. The person said he couldn't afford to pay and it wasn't his cat. They took the cat anyway. I don't think there are many businesses like that nowadays.

I have been a client of Cypress Avenue Animal Hospital for many years. The main reason is the compassion and love the staff and doctors give. They have stayed after hours to accomidate my pet's needs and follow through any time I need additional help or have questions. Another reason is their fair and reasonable prices. You won't go wrong with this place.

Do not take your pets to the Cypress Ave Animal Hopsital unless you want to get shoddy, limited care and deal with people who only care about money, money, money. They will put you on hold forever and they will give your pets minimal care once you finally get a vet to see them. Watch out...they are seriously lagging behind a number of the other surrounding animal hospitals.
