Culver City, CA - I would not suggest this hospital. They have a person on the front-desk that does not know much, so every question you have, they have to go ask a vet. I took a prescription for my dog which needs urgent prescribed food for his kidneys, they approved the card which allows you to buy in Petsmart, then I asked one question and they took away the card and said they need to see my pet in order for me to buy the food. It does not make sense, I had another vet give me a prescription! They are a monopoly, your pet dies if you cannot get the food and they can care less unless you spend your money with them. They should be ashamed, I should have not had great expectations if the hospital is inside a Petsmart. Don't go here.

Dr.Jarvis and Jessica save my dog life! They provide any need for him and they are very compassion it with the animals. I thank them and my dog is healthy and happy because of them and LET THE LORD BE WITH YOU ❤ AND SAVE OTHER ANIMALS LIVE TOO ❤

These vets are very compassionate and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to save my cat's life.

VERY short staffed. Had to wait 1.5 hrs for the vet to see my dog. The woman before me stormed off because she had been waiting 2 hrs.
