I scheduled an appt. online then followed up with a phone call. When we arrived the staff greeted us and quickly gave us the papers to fill out and a number just in case it got busy. However, while we were waiting another customers cat had peeked his head out of the box carriers they provide for a fee, it appears the patron made addl. holes in the carrier. A staff member saw this and immediately assisted taking the cat to the lab to free it. Needless to say I was impressed by their attentive behavior. They have everything a la carte to reduce the cost. I must mention we spayed our cat and the cost was very reasonable. However, they must make a killing on those pet cones that was recommended to keep the animals for licking their wounds and getting them infected by their saliva. Well, my cat had it on for approx. 4-6hours before she managed to escape, we put it back on and she got out of it again so we left it off and she did fine so the cone was a waste of money. Other then that I will be taking my pet their on a regular basis.

Very happy with this vet. Took my pooch for the low cost spay clinic and it was great. It cost me $65 for the spay and $20 for the pain meds. Way less expensive than my other vet and they did a great job.
