Everyone here was very nice with my Dog when he had his ear emergency. The vet explained all about the procedure and I felt like the staff really cared about my buddy. It is not a fancy shmancy office, and they do have some resident cats in the waiting room which I was concerned might flip out my dog, but they were pretty much immune to new visitors.

Horrible experience. This vet and his staff strongly recommended very aggressive path of treatment for our dog. He essentially had a swollen toe. After anesthetizing him, taking x-rays and observation, we were informed that he had nothing but a minor bug bite. The cost to us was $500. The vet refused to negotiate the bill lower. His staff was rude, and treated us very poorly overall. I tell everyone I know about this unreasonable service. VERY POOR!
