Decent service.... really u pushing plans. Vet could be more personal... usually can't get a same day appointment.

Because I didn't even get to see him or her. I was greeted by a rude assistant who expressed no willingness to help me. When I presented my coupon (which I had discussed with another assistant prior to this and got the okay), she denied what the other assistant had said and told me that I had basically read the coupon wrong. Instead of interpreting "one new pet per coupon" as meaning I could use two coupons for two pets (as per the first assistant), she used her uber close reading skills and told me this was incorrect, and it should be more like "one coupon per owner." Not only does this reflect badly this girl, but more importantly on Banfield for hiring such an indolent employee and for not owning up to its wording on official documents.
