I took my dog the this hospital and the young ladies in the front were nice and informative when I had any questions. Now the veterinarian on the other had was the complete opposite. HE WAS SO RUDE! Right after he examined my dog he just started talking about all the bold tests I had to do and if my dog wasn't caught up on his vaccines he wouldn't move forward with any treatment. Ever time I tried to ask a question he would talk over me and not let me speak, and when I finally was able to ask him a question he never gave me a straight answer. He kept calling my boy dog a "she" and I had to keep correcting him. My dog is arthritic, so it is painful for him to get up at times, and the vet said that it was due to his anal glands. I don't understand how my dogs arthritis pain was brought on because of his anal glands?? The bill there was extremely high as well! I found another vet, and now my dog is doing so much better, his arthritis pain was not being caused by his anal glands. This vet was all about the money, he didn't even care about my dog. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN! I hope everyone thinks twice about going here as well!

Took my new Rottweiler pup in with suspicion of parvo... vet did the 10 min snap test came out negative... gave pup some meds and was in and out in a decent amount of time. $45 for test $40 for visit $50 for meds. Vet is smart and very helpful.

Dr. Jun has been our family's vet for more than 25 years. He has cared for and saved more of our animals than I have fingers to count them on. We will always be grateful to him and his staff for all they have done for our "children". He is, simply, the best vet we have ever known.

Our family is forever indebted to Dr. Jun for saving our dog from cancer. We took him there on the recommendation of two other dog families who had similar life saving experiences after the quote from our previous vet was so cost prohibitive that had we stayed we would not have been able to do anything for our pet but manage his quality of life. Our dog is a large breed, and while the practice is not set up for such a big dog, Dr. Jun and the staff went out of their way to make sure our guy was comfortable and well taken care of. We are now two years out from the last surgery and happy to report our precious pet is still with us. Dr. Jun has a true gift for treatment and a patient and kind nature with animals. We are so very lucky to have found him, and would gladly recommend Dr. Jun and Family Veterinary Hospital to anyone.

I took my dog in to get an exam and the doctor was kinda a jerk. I had asked for a written estimate on procures and he was adimit about giving me any estimate. I thought that was ridiculous I mean who wants to pay $$$ for something they don't know. I wasn't trying to be a cheap sake or something I just wanted to know what was being done to my dog! So needless to say I probably won't go back. The only reason I had used them was because my regular vet couldn't see me that day and he needed to be seen. I just had never been to a place that wouldn't give me a break down of what was being done and why... >.>
