Good over the Bad! Loved it, for the simple fact my family can still eat this month:o) Our regular vet who I like, just fine, had quoted us a few dollars under 350.00 for our 6 pound chi weenie to be neutered. He had a common, but more complicated issue of "just one". I understand people feeling a bit overwhelmed at the office I too felt it. I had previously taken a young "found" male cat there so had an idea of how it worked. Simply put unless your rich and have excessive disposable income, this is next to the best thing. I felt well informed and treated just fine. I did find a couple of issues when it came time to pay. But with nice "Hey Um? I thought...? It was soon fixed and I did not feel negativity from anyone. Even with making a trip the week before to just pick up the discount voucher, so worth it. I live an hour and 25 min (3 hour round trip) away that's with no traffic and green lights! The work they do there is a blessing. As a "MIDDLE" class family its nice they don't exclude by income. If not for their program not sure if Peanut would have ever been taken care of. In all with pre-op blood work, IV, 2 separate surgeries, 2 baby teeth pulled, rabies and 1 other vaccine I payed 1/3 of what I was to pay elsewhere.

They FORCE you to leave your pet overnight after surgery, for THEIR convenience, but beware! What they DO NOT tell you is that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ONSITE AFTER HOURS TO MONITOR YOUR PET. If your pet develop problems in the middle of the night NO ONE IS AWARE. Your pet is left, locked in a cage, without a voice, no way to beg for help. Your pet may be suffering. Your pet may (and upon reading the comments of others in various reviews, very well MIGHT) take a turn for the worse and DIE. To REQUIRE a post-op, recovering pet to stay overnight SIMPLY BECAUSE (trust me, THIS is what they told me, personally) they close their doors at the end of the day and there's no staff to sign out pets back to their owners, is, IMHO, bordering on CRIMINAL. If nothing else, it's inhumane, immoral, and unconscionable. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY and prosecuted for such a negligent practice. Go elsewhere if you care about your pet's health, well-being, and especially SAFETY. If the woman on the phone treats your pet the same way she treats callers, this rude, obnoxious, smart-mouthed punk shouldn't be trusted. She'd be FIRED if she worked elsewhere. What a pathetic excuse ... shameful.

I took a little kitten in to get dewormed & by the next morning it was dead.. I will never get a small kitten dewormed again ever.

Two puppies, several visits. Excellent service. The price is exceptionally reasonable, I've taken my two Weim puppies since they were only a few weeks old and have always been helped by friendly knowledgeable staff. It is typical they don't answer all their calls, but they are a limited funding facility with a TON of traffic! In house visits are always prompt and quick, if I could go here for all my vet needs (they are not a complete clinic, which may be why the other individual was turned away) I absolutely would!

They tried to charge my wife 10 extra to fix our cat. they said our house cat was pregnant. Our cat does not go outside and she is our only animal. there is no way she was pregnant I will not recommend the hope animal foundation to anyone. When my wife question them about it the cashshier was very rude about refunding the error and told her never come back. Trust us we will not.
