I am so grateful for Dr. Yamate and her staff. The Doctor and nurses are wonderful, understanding, and caring. I am HAPPY I went to La Habra Emergency Pet Clinic! Because, my Jack Jack, broke her wing. Dr. Yamate and her staff took great care of my sweet baby duck. Most Vets turn me away because they do not know how to care for a duck. I am so LUCKY to have found a great Doctor and Staff. Now I no longer have to worry about my pets!! THANK YOU!

Very professional staff. The wait was long but, no different than and ER and we understood the most serious cases are cared for first. Our dog had urgent surgery and we appreciated our vet telling us the pro's and con's of the procedure and also giving an estimate that showed the low end cost and the potential high end cost. Yes, urgent care is expensive but, not much more than the regular vets office. They were truthful about the all aspects of our dogs care and empathetic to our feelings. I would highly recommend this office to any pet owner needing urgent pet care.

I took my pet Messi in on Monday as she was stung by a bee and had an allergic reaction, everyone there was really nice they definitely get 5 stars. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because $348 was a lot of money for a bee sting. Thankfully my little fur baby is fine and we got to take her home a couple of hours later. So that I was really grateful for!

Dr Beshai, Nicole and all the staff at OCEPC were absolutely wonderful! Olive, my standard poodle, had a twisted stomach. We were greeted with warmth and urgency which is just what we needed. They took Olive in, quickly had x-rays done to confirm her diagnosis, counseled us, and operated on Olive immediately. I'm 100% certain it was their sense of urgency and experience that saved Olive's life. Their bedside manner with us was gentle and professional and their advice and guidance in her post surgery care was detailed and accurate. The hospital is clean and the staff is caring and communicative. I feel so lucky to have them nearby! I would whole heartedly recommend OCEPC to anyone who's pet needs excellent, after-hours care!!

These guys were great! Took my boxer pup in at 10pm with a bad allergic reaction. They took him right away and were more than accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!
