We started bringing our 2 dogs to Tri-City when we needed immediate vaccinations so we could board our dogs when a family emergency arose. The front desk was so helpful and got us in that same day. We met with Dr. Rodriguez and fell in love. He is such a kind and caring person. He listened to our concerns and personally called us with follow up information when a blood test came back "funky." Since that time our Kai has been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and began treatment. Again, Dr. Rodriguez followed up with us, gave us a clear understanding of the situation and made sure we understood. We've never felt rushed with him. Obviously I can't say enough about the care our 2 maniac dogs have received at this location.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to this vet for over 5 years and they are very friendly, calming, and informative. The doctors don't rush you. They take their time to answer each of your questions so that you feel comfortable with the information they are giving you. The wait time is always reasonable and they are efficient. They truly care about each animal and they are always gentle with my pup. I can't say enough nice things about Tri-City Pet Hospital.

I have taken 3 different dogs to Tri-City and have always felt that my pets were treated with love and dignity. Dr. Rodriguez is very friendly, as is the entire staff--they go out of their way to make people and pets feel welcome. I have never felt pressured to buy extra supplements or more expensive supplies. My animals have boarded at Tri-City, and i trust them implicitly.

These professionals care for my pets and provide me with recommendations and options for when treatment is necessary. They have a genuine concern for the care of pets. Two of my pets have required several surgeries and I have full confidence in their skill based on all of my surgery experiences. Tri-City Pet Hospital has very up-to-date technologies and equipment to provide my pets for the best and latest in care options. I highly recommend both the Fullerton and Orange facilities...I have experience in both of them but primarily in the Fullerton location. They also provide information on Pet Plan Pet Insurance which I have found to be very good insurance for my pets to help cover unexpected expenses.
