I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to help our dog. Each time I have had an emergency with one of our pets they have been willing to do the most they can and try to keep the cost as low as possible.

I brought my precious pet pig, Gertrude; a 150 mini pig :0 The assistants came out with a gurney large enough to carry a small puppy and looked in the truck and saw it was a 150lb pig. The staff was sooooo caring and attentive. The vet on duty was better that great. He took care of Gertrude throughout the night and allowed us to call a few times throughout the night. Excellent care and very thoughtful staff. I know they don't see pigs often BUT they worked with Gertrude as if she was just another beautiful animal. Thank you for making a scary experience less tragic. Gertrude is fine today- staying away from snail bait for sure!!

Going to an emergency pet clinic is never easy and very stressful. Few offer trusted treatment for exotics (rabbits, reptiles, birds, etc.). This clinic and their staff are very professional, compassionate and thorough. Under very stressful conditions, they were calm, reassuring and straightforward regarding treatment recommendations. Dr. Bayon and his staff helped my rabbit overcome GI Stasis and I am beyond thankful! The Doctor took all my calls and answered all my questions. The front staff gave me copies of x-rays and detailed paperwork to give to my Doctor for her records. They are very organized. I feel my bunny was in qualified hands. I highly recommend OC Emergency Pet Clinic to all those seeking quality medical care, administered with compassion, when your pet is fighting for its life!

The only thing I didn't like was the price. But that's my BOY, I needed to do whatever to help him. My 4y/o shepherd whisked to the back as soon as we got there (called ahead), and by the time the paperwork was filled out, we were in a room talking to the Dr. on duty about my dog. It all happened really fast, and the Dr. was very straightforward about the procedures and course of action. They called me within a few hours with the results for the blood work, and kept in touch over the course of the day he was there. When I arrived to pick him up, i called ahead to the regular vet to tell them i was transferring him, OCEPC faxed all the paperwork over to them so by the time i got there they had everything handled. Just sign and date the forms and the care was continued! Very easy. I would recommend this facility, and would definitely return if the need arises.
