I highly recommend this veterinarian hospital. My mother my aunts and my sisters have all been using this vet for over ten years and they love this place. The staff is friendly and the doctor is compassionate and knowledgeable. I know my pets are in the best of hands when I take them here.

Me and my pup LOVE Bay Cities. When we walk in, they know us by name. It's sometimes the simple things that mean so much. They are all personable and attentive to both me and my pooch. And my pup doesn't try to scramble to get away, like he has at other vets. Whenever I have an issue, they are very accommodating with the scheduling, even if I need to see them quickly. Yeah!!!!

My family has come to Bay Cities for the past 15-20 years, way back when they were located in Oakland. We've come to know the staff personally and have always had a great relationship. I recent got a new puppy over the Thanksgiving weekend. Knowing what a good owner would do, took him here for his first wellness exam and shots. He just completed his 3rd set of shots this morning and is awaiting his 4month birthday for his rabies and other "stuff." The staff have always provided us with sound recommendations of what services are needed, and those that are not. Always helpful when saving a few bucks, but recommendation are based on their vast experience in the field, which makes sense for a lifetime dog owner. Never had a pet sick from here, but always had a pet recover from any ailments at home because of Bay Cities. Love them, just as much as our pets! Thanks Dr. Cellu!!

Just want to say thank you for everything and your expertise as vets. Angel was my gift from God. She made me smile and laugh every day. "Little Boy" is crying and missing his sister very much. He has been the healthy one and more outdoor but is demanding attention and keeping me strong as he is now my priority. We will be in to see you. My first visit to this vet who wanted to do a nose biopsy on my Sheltie. Well proved to be worth it. My Sheltie was found to have an autoimmune disease and responded very well to the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Dhawan and Bay Cities Animal Hospital.
