Dr. Libel is wonderful!! He is so warm and caring to the animals. All of my dogs love him. Dr. Yao is great too :)

Took my dog in for x-rays since she was limping and never heard back with the results after calling several times in a 7 day period. Took my dog to a different vet and was immediately sent to a surgeon for a biopsy. 10 days later my dog was dead. The only thing I received from Hermosa Animal was a sympathy card. Obviously was very disappointed in the care and attention we received.
