Dr. Chang is the best of the best! He cares for animals unlike any vet I have ever seen. The only drawback is that his care tends to be pricey - but his office may work with you if you need it (I have a friend who received discounted services from him based on need - he cares enough about your pets to work with you for the best treatment you can afford...but I'm sure his discounts to some is why I pay more for my services. But it is worth it to me.) He is so gentle with the animals, he pets and talks to them, and takes a lot of time with you to explain everything, give care instructions, etc. He even followed us out to the car after an appointment to give more information on care and say goodbye to the cat! He also cares for exotics like tortoises, too (we have taken our tortoises to him for years.) I love this office and can't say enough about how great they are.
