I brought my year old cat in for her checkup, having just arrived from Afghanistan. We were quickly greeted, and Sheba was being cared for by the staff, when emergency case came in, which took priority. We were asked to leave our cat and the Vet would call when she was finished with her examination. I took my wife to lunch and on the way back, stopped at Surf City Pet Hospital, to find our cat was healthy and ready to come home. Great people in the office and a lovely Vet to care for your furry loved ones. I highly recommend Surf City for your pet needs. Oh yes, fair and reasonable pricing for their professional work.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and courteous. Prices were excellent and the service was fast yet thorough. We were able to get a same day appointment and actually were seen within 30 mins of calling to make an appt. The nurse who administered our puppy Rocky gave us a complimentary toothbrush for Rocky's healthy smile.

Surf City Pet Hospital is great! They have a first visit free policy, offer low cost vaccination clinics and are very reasonably priced. They are very gentle and loving with my kitties, who HATE riding in cars, so going to the doctor with them is very stressful. They do their best to make the kitties calm and less stressed. They are also very responsive to your needs with appointments, etc. and we just love them!

Was searching for a Vet, and had already tried two in area and this was my third vet to see if I felt comfortable with them, and was great experience. Office was clean and was able to get appointment and see Vet quickly. She explained and answered all questions and did not feel pressure to do extra procedures. She recommended things that needed to be done and explained them all. Bill for visit was not a shock when I had to pay. Would recommend to give them a try.

We just moved to Huntington Beach recently, so I needed a new vet, and I'm very happy I found this one! I've had ones in the past where the front desk people had the worst manners (either too cold, or phony warm, right?) and the vets acted like you were a bad person if you weren't willing and able to spend $10,000 on a treatment plan you might not even agree with.... Surf City has none of these pitfalls: the front desk folks have been consistently down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful, and Dr. Gindi seems very capable, and was exceedingly professional, and respectful of my choices with my eighteen-year-old cat. I'm also buying his prescription food here. A+ in my book.
