So I'd like to say that some of the staff isn't honest when it comes to payment procedures. It seems like they try to get as much money from you as possible. They even try to charge you for more stuff then needed. Every appointment is very pricey and there are no refunds for anything. PLEASE READ ALL THEIR PROCEDURES ON THE PACKET YOU SIGN, TAKE CARE OF YOUR WALLET. .

Do NOT Do NOT Do NOT give this woman your money. Dr. Terri Gibson should absolutely be ASHAMED of herself and shut down for unethical practice. She cleared our dog for surgery, said that all his tests came back fine until our regular vet called us to inform us he had an INFECTION! He could have had serious complications and possibly died if she put him under to do surgery, She does NOT care about her patients, she does NOT care about you, and all she wants is your money. I am looking into filing a report for her negligence. She clearly just became a doctor to steal people's money and take advantage of how much we love our pets. Do yourself a favor- look elsewhere. I hope she gets shut down- and Dr. Gibson if you're reading this, karma will eventually come back to get you.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I also agree with the reviews below. Dr. Gibson is rude, obviously not compassionate with animals, and will rip you off for sure. I just moved here from MN and came to her after severe trauma with my little Yorkie, who got bit by a bot fly and it deposited its larvae under my dogs eye. He was in seriously bad condition and was in the hospital at the University of MN (best care EVER!!!) for quite awhile. It took him several weeks to get better, and he almost died. When I moved here I went to her for a follow up to ensure his eye was continuing to heal from his last surgery. She charged my over $500 to look at his eye, then said he obviously had early signs of glaucoma, and sent me home with lots of eye meds to keep it under control (not too mention a broken heart because I thought he was never going to get better. She then told me I had to come back 10 days later for a follow up and that was also almost $500!!!!! As the vet tech was taking the eye pressure, he said it looked fine (pressure 17)...then Dr Gibson came in and said it was very high (23) and he needed different meds. I told her that the tech said it was 17 and she was so angry. When the tech came back in I asked what he wrote on the chart and he said he could not tell me (with his face beet red), but that the dr would tell me later. I think he was reprimanded by her. After follow up elsewhere, my dog is fine and should not have ever been on those meds! DO NOT GO TO TERRI GIBSON! SHE IS A RIP OFF AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I agree with the review below. Dr. Terri Gibson is only after your money. I brought my dog here because her eye was red and twitching and Dr. Gibson diagnosed her with glaucoma. The doctor took some short 2 minute test and then made me sign some papers that I agree to pay this amount before she continued...ok...I've only been in the checkup room for less than 15 minutes....(10 minutes was waiting) and the total was already around $400!! She then suggested surgery to remove the eye and quoted me $2500!! A prosthetic eye surgery would cost $3500. How insane is that! Looking back, I was pretty desperate and worried about my dog, that I didn't notice how she kept pushing to do the surgery. Already, she said she could do it next week and I could put a down payment. The price was way too much so I said I had to think about it. I looked her up when I got home and there was a yelp review on this office saying their dog was also pushed into unnecessary eye removal surgery as well! Their dog eventually got better with medicine! Please read it because the same exact thing happened to me! Look up Animal Eye Clinic La Habra reviewed by Denise V. THE DOCTOR IS VERY SHADY! My dog also got better with medicine and her eye looks fine now. I cannot believe I almost decided to do surgery to remove her eye and the thought of that makes me want to cry. How cruel can she be?! This doctor obviously has no compassion for dogs and only cares about what treatment and procedures would make her rich. What if she sprained her ankle and someone suggested to chop off her leg?! I felt scammed walking out of the office paying over $500 for just a diagnosis, some sample medication, a magnet and pen (with her freaking name and office advertised on it!), and a $35 cheap looking e collar that i can get from petco for $12 (better quality!). And that price was just with sample medication. She even suggested I pay for some more medicine that would've been a couple hundred dollars more! She takes advantage of worried and distraught pet owners who come into her office vulnerable seeking for help. Four months later, and I am still very upset!

When I pulled up, the vet has a beauitful brand new Lexus sitting in the front parking lot. I took my Shih-Tzu, 2 years old and has distachiasis, (a common problem with this breed) to see her. My Shih-Tzu also has ulcer in his eye due to the distachiasis. Ms. Terri gave me a estimate of $2600 dollars to fix the ulcer, stating she has some speical way of doing it. And $1100 to remove the eyelashes under the eye lid. I perviously went to another vet about 2 months ago for the other eye with the same problem and paid $400.00 to fix the ulcer, not $2600. She charged me $135 to see my dog, $75 to look in his eye with a magnifying piece and another $48 to dye the eye to check how deep the ulcer was. I told her I could not afford $3700, I am eight months pregnant and just bought a condo.. Ms. Terri advised if I could not afford it, I could buy some medicine and try to treat it that way... I agreed assuming the medicine could not be that expensive, I WAS SO WRONG.. when I left there I paid 430 dollars, for some medicine. My husband and I were consideriing putting my dog to sleep because we did not want him to suffer and there was no way we could afford $3600.. So I called around town the next day and found a vet that would be able to do it for $800-900, and that is with removing the eyelashes, and Ms. Terri wanted $3600 just to remove the eyelashes. If you have alot of money to waste.. go see her, but if don't, like myself, please go see someone else.
