We absolutely love Rancho Viejo. Everyone there is wonderful, and they have taken amazing care of our little rescue, Daphne. She had a lot of health problems when we first got her, and they helped her be the health dog she is now! Thank you so much for your kindness and great care. We love Rancho Viejo!

Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital is awesome! I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else for treatment. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and super friendly. They have been seeing my dog since we first got her as a puppy and she gets so excited when she realizes where we are going. I have even had to drag her out of their door as she pulls to stay because she loves the staff so much! My cat is an old man and they are just as good with him as they are with young ones. They always give options in terms of treatment, fully understanding that everyone's situation with their pets is different. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Eckstein and her staff and am always confident that my pets are going to receive the best treatment.

I have been taking my dogs to Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital since 2011. They have always taken great care of them and provide excellent value for the money. More than once I have received a return call from the doctors after hours related to a non-emergency question I had - they are truly committed to taking excellent care of their clients.

Dr. Eckstein and her staff are wonderful! My Sophie is deathly afraid of the car and the vet...she pants and drools she gets so nervous. Dr. Eckstein and the staff, all get on the floor with her so that she does not need to be lifted up on the examining table. I feel so confident when Sophie is in their care. I have tried other vest and always felt as if we were just a number, we love our new vet!

Rocco is the first dog we have ever owned, so everything is trial and error with us! Rancho Viejo AH is ALWAYS there for us with any questions or advice we may need! They are so wonderful with Rocco... no doubt he feels loved when we walk thru that door! Everyone should feel confident in knowing their pet is in the right hands!
