I had to put down my 12 year old Brindle Boxer Coco, the vet, the tech support and the front office staff was so very helpful and very thoughtful. It was one of the hardest thing I had to do. The vet did not try to talk me into unnecessary x-rays or tests, she stayed with me through out the whole ordeal. I am very grateful for the thoughts and concerns for my dog and for me.

I was referred to Ambassador vet Hospital. My pet cat was injured and after visiting many veterinary clinics, I was ready to give up hope. I was afraid I would have to put my long time, loyal buddy to be put to sleep, because I could afford saving his life & I didn't want him to suffer or die from injury. When I arrived everyone was motivated, genuine, & gave me hope that something could be done. I noticed the front and back rooms were upscale, comfortable, and did not stress my little cat, he had already been through too much. The nurses there were re-assuring, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They were very reasonable and gave me hope again. My birthday was coming up and I did not want to make a decision on my handsome cat. While I was leaving the floors were being cleaned, and they offer thee best customer service I've witnessed out of all Veterinarians office period. This is an amazing clinic to make your pet a regular!

We just got a dog from the rescue shelter and Ambassador was recommended by them. Our dog never had his sutures removed for four months before we got him. Ambassador saw him for free and removed the sutures at no charge. I made arrangements to have him groomed the next week and they did a spectacular job. Michelle did his grooming and she seemed to make him comfortable and he was even more handsome than when I left him. They also were able to deworm him and give him flea medication. I am so happy that we live so close to a great vet and groomer. the staff was informative, friendly and helpful.

After paying hundreds of dollars, my cat isn't feeling any better. I finally realized what was going on when I was charged $18 for a pill that would have cost 17 cents at Walgreens.

Downey has it’s share of vets, but I make the drive to long beach because of the treatment: plain and simple. I always get treated with kindness and so does my pug Red. He never even acts up when we enter the hospital. They do a great job at making him feel comfortable, and he loves to play with the nurses. Anyways just wanted to add my two cents to this great place. Cheers Ambassador!
