We were paying $40 a month for the dogs health but found that we still had to pay additional dollars for various procedures we had one procedure for a urine test cost about 60 extra dollars we were then notified that the urine sample have been lost and we will have to bring the dog in and do the test over it was difficult for the dog to go through the test we paid our money so we were displeased and we discontinue using banfield at that point. Staff & Dr very friendly
