I love the folks at Animal Health Care Center almost as much as I love my pets that they take care of! And the reason is that Dr. Lisa Hsuan has created an animal treatment center where everyone working there loves the animals they take care of, and where establishing a connection and a real relationship with my pets (and me) is paramount. Unlike other veterinary offices I have been to, my pets give me a clear message that this veterinary office is different! My dogs used to shake and try to escape other veterinary offices, where the crowded, crowded waiting rooms filled with other frightened animals contributed greatly to their fear. My pets still aren't thrilled with vaccinations or other necessary treatments, but...they willingly go inside and I don't have to drag them in -- and once inside, they more curious about new smells than they are apprehensive about seeing the vet. When my beloved dog Buddy passed away last year, the entire office grieved right along with me. If I could give them 20 stars -- I definitely would!!!
