They have pretty good prices compared to petco. More variety and healthier food/treat options and the people are really nice.

Dear customer service, The monthly discount coupons are a big incentive for me to shop at Centinela Feed. If I forgot a coupon, the sales person would say for me to bring the coupon in the next time along with my receipt for the 15% discount. As I purchased another $200 buy, which is my customary average since I have 3 dogs, I had a rather unpleasant experience with an assistant manager. When I presented a recent receipt for discount as I was told to do, I was informed that the receipt must be brought in within 30 days to qualify for discount; my receipt was 7 days past. This policy had never been told to me by any sales person. As a very good customer over the past years I left the store as a unsatisfied customer. It wasn't the money, it was the poor attitude I encountered and lack of concern over customer satisfaction that will keep me from shopping at this location. I will drive out of my way to Petco or Petsmart as I am sure they will appreciate my business.

I think the people here are nice and helpful I have many pets and always find it easy to get help and information on whats best for my pets . The prices are a little higher then petco and pet smart , but walking distance from home so I don't have to drive .
