Great place! Very efficient and will give you the straight talk about what's absolutely neccessary and what's not when the services needed run in to the $$$ range for your pets. We've been going here for about 3-4 years...I couldn't tell you the name of any specific Dr. though. Seems we always see someone different. We've never had any problems here though. That says a lot!

I brought my 2 year old cat "Mr. Hat" into see the Dr. Sing at Animal Clinic after he had been vomiting for 3+ days he wasn't eating anything or drinking anything and he dropped 8 pounds in 1 week and we were sure he wasn't going to make it. Dr. Sing was very persistent that we leave him for hospitalization on fluids and medications by iv. He started to perk up but he still wasn't acting himself so the Dr. Sing recommended that we do an exploratory surgery. After 45 minutes of exploring he found that his bile duct was curled into a bunch of circles (which was abnormal). He straightened out the bile duct and stapled him up. It only took about 2 days of hospitalization and Mr Hat was able to come home. I am SO thankful for the Animal Clinic staff and Dr. Sing. They were so nice and helpful and made sure that our family understood everything that was going on with him. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet to everyone! They are very nice, clean, and inexpensive!!

Let me just start of by saying that I used to work in this facitlity about 2-3 years ago, and it was definately NOT this bad. This place is now, in my opinion, one of THE WORST vets in town. I took my 10 month old kitten KeeKee here to get spayed about a week ago. When i called to make my appointment, the girl was very short with me, rude, and from what i gathered, wanted to do everything in her power to get off the phone. The surgery took 2 hours longer than expected, i ws supposed to pick kitty up at 230, couldnt come until 430. Upon bringing her home, i noticed that her stitches were bubbly and odd looking, but i decided not to think anything of it and continued on with my day. About 3 days after surgery, her suture is not scabbing and looking awefully red and swollen. I checked on her suture on Saturday, and noticed that it was looking discolored and gooey. I took her to the Northgate clinic upon deciding i would never again step foot into animal clinic, and was informed that kitty's stitches were tightened TOO TIGHT, and now her stitched are literally RIIPING THROUGH her stomach skin. She has an oncoming infection, and it is possible i may have to pay to get her re-opened, cleaned up, and stitched back up. I am demanding my money back, and advise EVERYONE to STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. If you truly care about your pet and their well being, do not come here.

I originally took my dog to this clinic because they were listed as one of the places that does free checkups for Pets & Pals, where I adopted my dog. After that visit I decided that I'd found my permanent veterinarian!! The staff was really friendly and the veterinarian, Dr. Gaheer, did a thorough exam on my dog and answered all of my questions. I will be bringing all of my pets to them from now on and will tell all my friends with pets to try them too!!
