I don't generally write reviews, but given what I've been through I feel compelled to do so here. I had 2 senior cats that have been a part of my family since I was a teenager. We had to put one to sleep due to kidney failure last year, and the other is having problems now along the same lines. I have been to many vets, some great and some terrible. The costs have ranged from cheap to moderate to a downright bank buster. I have been referred all over by everyone swearing that they are pointing me to the best vet in town. In all of these experiences there has always been anxiety involved for all the reasons any pet owner can understand. Recently I have seen 2 other vets regarding the current situation, and both were not as much by choice as by circumstance and an immediate need. In the end, no matter what is going on, The Cat Practice is THE ONLY vet I will ever recommend. Period. I will not echo other reviews, which are all true. I will just add this message to anyone that feels the fear, anxiety, loss, grief, worry, and heartache that comes with having a sick cat. This office will take it all away. While nobody can take away the pain that comes from loving the way we do, Dr. Beth and her staff will make you know that it will all be okay. No matter how dire, even with an outcome we all dread, you will feel supported, you will understand, and you will know that everything is being done to the same standards you have for caring for your pet. Do not make the mistake of price shopping or rationalizing. Go here, never look back, and KNOW that you have made the best choice possible.
If you want the absolute BEST for your Cat, bring them here. By far the best rapport, most knowledgeable, attentive Vet practice i have been too. Spoil your pet, and bring them to see Dr. Beth!
The care and concideration is outstanding. If you want the best for your cat, you need to go to The Cat Practice. You will not be disappointed. Her professionalism, communication skills and "bedside manner" are superb.
after searching for a good vet in west la and finding lots of ok ones, I found the cat practice. the staff is wonderful, they are patient and kind and listen to their clients. Dr. Beth is familiar with the current literature/ studies regarding cat illnesses and she listens to her clients concerns. They are pricier than many other vets however the service they provide is well worth the cost.
