Thought the receptionist was rude, joking around while customers are waiting is not good, but she's good on the phone. The nurse was super warm and friendly, and I felt really comfortable around her. Dr. Ken Tudor personally came out and explain what was wrong with my dog. What a nice guy. Great customer service! I would refer this place.

I called because of my 14 year old cat dying and the person who answered the phone let me cry and ramble on. I wish I could remember her name although she is one of many of the best staff I've seen!

What an incredible place! The staff from the minute you walk in the door, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves. You feel safe and confident you have choosen wisely for your Pet. They make your pet feel welcome and safe, on top of that the skilled services are unsurpassed. I highly recommend this vet. As a pet owner my entire life, it brings great comfort to find All Creatures Animal Hospital and know they are here for our pets.

I have had terribable experiences at other animal hospitals. They seemed all the same... they always seemed to care more about the money than the animal and pet parent. And then I found All Creatures Animal Hospital. Oh what a blessing! Dr. Garlinghouse is very knowledgable, compassionate, caring and honest and the entire staff is absolutely incredible. I have been bringing my pet rats to Dr. Garlinghouse for the past 6 months and always leave very satisfied that my pets and I recieved the very best care, medication(s) and information. Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff are truely incredible.
