I have a pet mouse that is sick, no one would take the time to call me back and talk to me about what might be wrong,but an hour after I called Dr. Teresa at the Napa Small Animal Hospital she called me right back and seemed just as conserned as I am! She gave me great insight as to what could be the problem and said she will call back tomorrow to check how he is doing. I am not even a patient their because they are located almost 2 hours from my home but her kindness to me and my mouse means so much! Any vet that treats non-customers like this should be recognized! I would recommend this hosipital!
