Dr Frizell and the staff have cared for our dogs and cats for more than 30 years, which is to say they have also cared for us. They have been unfailing wonderful and wise, compassionate, helpful and charming, at all phases of our beloved pets' lives.
STOP-DO NOT GO TO THIS VET-I have endless stories, here's a good example: Today was the worst experience ever. I day boarded my dog, he can't be boarded overnight since he has separation anxiety and has lost 2 teeth at previous kennels trying to get out of the cage-which the staff knew. I was running late- my taxi was late, I called to say I would be there right at closing. I was informed that my dog would have to stay, and be boarded overnight. I said "that won't be happening, do you not remember he could lose another tooth"? (They leave the dogs alone all night!) Staff person, the mgr, says "yes, that could happen" I said "how irresponsible of you" she said "you're the irresponsible one by being late". Needless to say I picked up my dog 5 minutes late, and would have come with the police if they insisted he stay. On the way out the door another manager had the nerve to say "This boarding of your dog isn't working for us" I said "Oh, REALLY? It's not working for YOU????" Unbelieveable rudeness and inconsiderate behaivor on many occasions. I will NEVER go back. How unethical can you get ????
We took our dog here for an emergency visit. They were unhelpful, rude & incredibly snooty - especially the receptionist! If you can, take your business elsewhere - these guys aren't worth a dollar of your hard earned money!
Unacceptable! Uninformative! And completely full of sh**! My questions were not answered, not even the temperature reading give. I want to be told the number, not "she has no fever". Being told by the vet that she "understands" my puppy " is your baby" in a condescending tone. And don't leave the room with my dog and then someone else returns her to me with "okay she's done". I'm beyond disappointed with their services. And there is no valid reason no allowing the animals human to be present when administering medication, boosters, vaccines and basic procedures.
This veterinary hospital saved my dog's life. They diagnosed and treated his Parvo as a puppy and got rid of his mange. They have always been helpful and professional. I did have a friend who worked there but even after she's left, I've had positive experiences with this hospital, and Dr. Frizell is consistently highly reviewed in my experience.
