Dr. Morris and staff are so caring. They truly love their furry patients. I like that this facility will give you "options" on the care of your pet, versus trying to push a specific -very expensive- treatment like so many other vets. Thank You Dr. Morris for your compassion.

Best Bunny Care I've ever had :)

I took my lab in for an ear infection and asked about a microchip while we were there. I was told it would be $56.00. They did the chip, and gave me a bill for $64.00, plus the ear infection costs, and told me that all I had to do was call and register. As soon as I got home i called, and the man at HomeAgain told me that the vet should have sent the form in, especially at that price, and I could send it if I wanted to but it would be an additional $14.99. I called the vet. They returned my call the following business day to inform me that they would not be paying the $14.99, that was "completely seperate." I adopted my dog from a rescue group that told me they would reimburse me for up to $20, and they said I shouldn't ever have to pay more than that for a microchip. I paid $64.00 and even though the HomeAgain people say that at that price the vet should send it in and pay the fee, they refuse. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and ripped off. In addition, they originally quoted me $56 and charged me $64, and quoted me $18 for an ear rinse and charged me $21. Does this sound right to you? To say the least, it does not sound right to me. I will not be taking any of my other dogs to this facility, and I highly recommend that you do not take yours either.

I have been to 3 vets with my dog for a skin problem. She had been suffering for years. I took her to Dr. Morris and the first time she saw her skin, she knew what it was, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed her!!! Thank you, Dr. Morris!!! I spent so much money over the last 2 years and never got results like I did in 1 visit with Dr. Morris. I will NEVER go back.

1. They gave us a quote to get our puppy spayed, we went back 2 weeks later to get it done and the invoice they gave us was $32 more, we had to dispute the invoice and got our credit back. 2. Took our dog for an emergency visit because we thought she broke a paw and they took us to the room right away, they said they would be right back with a scale to weigh her and they left us waiting for 25 MINUTES!! we were about to walk out of there when Dr. Morris finally showed up. And by the way they never weighed her... 3. On our first visit they gave us a verbal quote to get our puppy microchip and once we had it done their invoice said it was $64 we thought it included the $14.99 one time enrollment fee just like they told us. Once we went online to register her it said we have to pay the $14.99 fee, so we called them and talked to the receptionist and she said it did not include it and no one there would have said it did. She was no help at all, did not seem to care about our issue. 4. Overall this place seems like they don't care about their customers and they only care about the money.
