Dr. Valdez at Temple Heights Animal Hospital has taken care of our dogs for over 15 years. The staff is considerate and caring and always follows up with a phone call after the appointment to see how they are doing. Dr. Valdez is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his field. We would trust our beloved labs with no one else.

I have been going temple heights animal hospital for several years my dogs has seizures problems and is on phenobarbital to help control them today i called in to get a refill they told me it would be one hour i asked if there was any way i would be able to pick it up sooner since i was in the area they said that would be fine.. when i got there the vet took me into one of the rooms and began rudely yelling at me telling me i was demanding and he did not like it meanwhile he could have spent the time getting the medacine my dog needed i dont know who he thinks he is i have never been treated so poorly by some one who is supposed to be professional this vet was so rude he has no right to treat patients this way i pay him he does not pay me i will be changing offices and will never tolerate to be treated that way by anyone vets are a dime a dozen i dont need his business he needs mine get it straight
