I sent my puppy to this facility because she had been coughing and not acting normal. When I arrived for my visit, my puppy was diagnoised by a staff member who was not a Doctor ( I found this out two days later) The actual Dr. explained to me that he had an emergancy that day and sent his staff to do his work for him and that he had explained to his staff the medication to prescribe my dog WITHOUT even PHYSICALLY seeing my dog. Long story short when we came back to speak with the Dr., there was a young lady with a puppy who had a cast. My boyfriend asked what had happened she stated that she had boarded her dog there and while he was there, someone had forgotten to lock the kennel .. the dog escaped as someone was opening the front door.. ran into the street and was hit by a car. Don't take your pets here, they do not appear to be friendly and it may be a risk to some people.
