Wonderful, caring people! I got to know them well because my cat, Onyx, had a number of health problems and every single person there took great care of her. When I boarded her there I was able to leave town with no worries. They went above and beyond in care and thoughtfulness of both her and me. When she was hospitalized they did eveything they could to make her comfortable. I also had to bring her in twice a week for sub-cutaneous fluids and she was not very cooperative but they were very good sports about it. They were patient with my questions and answered after-hours calls promptly. I eventually had to put her to sleep but they were very sensitive to both her and me. Everyone there, from Dr. O'Neil and Dr. Lucie to everyone on the staff, is a quality, caring person!

We took one of my 4 dogs in on an emergency visit because she was having a seizure and we had never seen it before. THey were very caring. We had to go the next morning as well, and they waived the office visit since we had been there the night before. They kept my dog for a day and gave us very detailed instructions on how to care for her now that she has epilepsy and pancreatitis. That day they cleaned her ears and cut her nails as a "goodwill charge," which was minimal compared to other vets or groomers. After 2 weeks, my dog is on the mend. After 1 month, we had to take my dog back for fluids IV, but they told us we had paid for it with the other treatment (blood work, examination, urine analysis, and all the other stuff.) After 2 months, she's better than ever. Sometimes there is a wait; but the staff is always attentive and kind. I often return for my dogs meds now as she will be on them for the rest of her life. We are very happy. So is the dog. :)

They refuse to write a rx for my dog to receive a non topical flea treatment, instead they are only offering me the option to buy what they have. Horrible service. I would not recommend them! California Business and Professions Code Sec. 4170, Article 12 Prescriber Dispensing See also California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Division 20, Sec. 2032.2 The prescriber, prior to dispensing, must offer to give a written prescription to the patient that the patient may elect to have filled by the prescriber or by any pharmacy. The prescriber must provide the patient with written disclosure that the patient has a choice between obtaining the prescription from the dispensing prescriber or obtaining the prescription at a pharmacy of the patient's choice.

We've been going there for years. They saved my cat's life! I think they're great!

Luna has been my first Pet with multiple issues despite preventive care, present to help me along the way has been the wonderful staff at Adobe Animal Hospital. I am grateful for your patience with me and my 1000s of questions. I can’t emphasize my gratitude enough. Luna has gone from pancreatitis, ear infections, a yucky parasite, even allergies and Dr. O’Neil have helped her every step of the way…my Luna is healthy and I think even grateful because she is always happy when we reach the parking lot(even if she know’s she will be getting a shot or her temperature taken :o) ) P.S. from my experience everyone needs to make sure they give their pets the proper vaccines i did go to the spay/neuter clinic and though they are really cheap i did not like the service or that they thought giving my small dog 4 shots at a time was okay asked other vet office and they agreed that was too many, so there is that. As pet owners we can't expect everything to be free we should be responsible and get them pet insurance i got my dog VPI and have been reimbursed every penny even more than what i paid. If visits were free how would the clinic run therefor, who would be there to help our pets.
