Went to them when an elderly cat of mine took ill. She turned out to have cancer and it ended up taking her life. The animal hospital was very kind and supportive. I later got a kitten and they've been great with her too. Are good at taking animals in ASAP when emergencies occur (like my kitten breaking her leg... what do they say about curiosity and kittens?!). Anyways I've been thrilled with them. Cost seems to be VERY reasonable. I haven't been to another vet in town to compare. But I lived in Santa Cruz before and before that in Massachusetts the prices I've paid for vet bills in both those areas were comparable but at this place on the ridge it's at least 10-15X less. That's always a good thing as our lovely pets can certainly cost us a lot.

The vet was competent but didn't seem to want to interact with people, only their animals. The admin staff was extremely unfriendly on several occasions. After a few years we found a new practice.
