It's more of a business then an Veterinary Hospital. Every time I brought my dogs in even for minor things my bill exceeded $150 for ea dog. They wanted full visit price for each dog, even for re-visits. Then when I couldn't afford all they're fees the vet made smug remarks about the responsibilities of being a pet owner. I took my dogs there for over a year & every visit was worse then the last & spent way more money then I had. I would think if your a good vet & you truly care about Animals, that you would try to work with the owners on fees & costs. I

I have gone to Dr Santero and his staff for over 30 years. They are caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable! Thank you for caring for my numerous pets!

Pathetic excuse for a vet. He was using experimental drugs on my dog and she had a bad reaction to it. Then his advice to me was buy aspirin and antihistamines to treat it. He screws up and I have to fix his mistake? He was unapologetic, argumentative, and talked over me before I could finish a sentence. This was over the telephone...a face to face encounter would have gotten physical. He only treats pets as sources of revenue.

I called in with an issue about my older dog and Dr. Santero got on the phone with me and discussed my options and cost. Was very informative and caring. I will be taking all my pets here in the future.
