Dr. Pfann is such an exceptional vet. He initially cared for our rabbit (at the referral of our other vet) because he is known as a rabbit expert. Our other four animals went to Central Animal Hospital. After several visits to have our rabbit's teeth trimmed, we knew we wanted to have Dr. Phann care for our four animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). He takes time to really explain things, help you make an informed decision, etc. I only wish my MD was as good. As far as price, he was always really generous when it came to billing us for our rabbit's teeth - which required chronic care. If he hadn't been so reasonable, we couldn't have afforded to have the rabbit's teetch trimmed as needed. We are very appreciative of Dr. Phann and Bradner. These guys are hands down the best around.
