Dr. Hogan was excellent! She was very calm and nice with my dog, who tends to be very aggressive and stubborn at times. A lady who greeted us at the front desk was also very nice and her technician or assistant who gave my dog the shots was also very welcoming. EXCEPT for her little receptionist, this hispanic lady, she was very rude and thought she was the vet and knew everything. She even thought she was tougher than my dog, who is like 85 pounds! She told me that "no doctor would deal with this," because my dog was barking. I paid almost 300 dollars for the visit, so she should have consider that I'M paying for the visit and serivice and in this damn recession, ANYONE would have dealt with my dog's visit if I'm paying 300 dollars.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I took my doberman there for ear cropping. I thought this is such a simple thing for a vet, but they almost make my dog lost one of his ears. If they never did this before, just tell me that I am sorry, we don't do this. But the stupid staff use a wood stick and unknown tape corp the ears very tight. I told them this is not right, but that stupid girl told me, we got more experience, he should be fine. I trusted her, but my dog was suffered!! I am seriously considering suing them. it cost me another $800 for the surgery. Please take good care of your pets, avoid this hospital!!!

My wife and I have been taking our dogs here for almost 3 years and since Dr Hogan took over as the primary vet, service has been excellent! We have taken our 2 dogs (both Chihuahua mixes) in after injuries and when they were sick. The staff has always been well informed and helpful. We've had no complaints. But then, we don't understand why anyone would want to crop their dogs ears unless the dog is going to be a fighter. Intentionally harming a dog's ears is inhumane.
