They were nice and fit us in even though we didn't have an appointment. I was still a bit scared about the price so i was careful to ask them if what they were doing was an additional cost. It turns out that I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and the person that helped us care more for our pet and our wallets than their bottom line. They get five stars in my book.

I have taken several dogs to Mary Kaiser here at the Ramona Animal Hospital...and my experience could NOT have been different. She was VERY careful of advising me of all costs and suggested alternatives that would be more cost effective. In one instance she sent me to the drugstore instead of charging me over $100. She is gentle, direct and honest and my animals trust her completely...which should say something right in itself. I can't recommend this place highly enough!!

They are good place especially Kathy, t he vet tec. But the doctor kayzer only thinks of her billing so you get offered many services that are not really needed. That is hard because you want only the best for your pet. We are both unemployed and clients for six years, but she still insisted on expensive teeth, shots and visit. Had no doubt that they would have taken excellent care of our pet but the fee was astronomical. Three neighbors told me that they take their pets out of Ramona because of the excessive fees. To bad, families that can not afford these excessive fees would probably have pets put down. Check with neighbors for alternatives, I had found a vet with same excellent care for alot less!!
