A week before Xmas, our 14 yr old lab had to be put down due to what appeared to be a stroke.. After the family got home from work we had our last moments with the lab, my son that grew up with the lab, and I brought him in to Mather Animal Medical Center. I had called from work and they understood, and allowed us to come in without appointment after work, Everything was explained clearly, they where very responsive to our pain of loosing our beloved lab.They treated us like family through it all. 2 days later while at a local dog park my Manchester Mix stepped into a gopher hole and literally tore his nail off in the process while he was playing and running. I wrapped up the affected foot, in a towel, called, they took us in right away. Again they treated us like Family, my spoiled terrier had to go into surgery to remove the affected nail. In no time at all he was up and being his usual mischievous Manchester terrier self. Then Today a few weeks later the Staff sent us a Card in the mail signed by the entire staff with condolences on our Lab. -- our Family was speechless. Thanks Mather Pet Animal Medical Center for the your excellent services, and very reasonable rates also. I know my pets are in good hands when I go to your office. Sorry if this is lengthy but our pets are family, and this place is the best, I Highly recommend them.
