While I agree with the former nice reviews. this veterinary clinic was sold and as a results there is more focus on charging more fees rather than the welfare of the animals. Prices went up sharply and there is a propensity to discover "treatments" for while the pet is in boarding. Don't be surprised to pay the double fees, because they needed to clean the ears or they had to make some probably un-needed antibiotics shots. I just want to make the owners of pets aware that at this location there is a new business, and the reviews you read in the past are no longer applicable. Dr. Estes is employed a by a new owner. If a customer ask for explanations why the charges are so high, and disagrees, s/he may be told to look for another veterinarian. Thee is a take-it-or-leave attitude.

They are more pushy with their products than used car salesmen. I have never felt more uncomfortable and will never take my pet back to them. To make it worse i sat in the reception area for 30 minutes (after paying) until the receptionist remembered to go back and retrieve my dog. Do not go there unless you want to be manipulated, and guilted into buying products that you can get elsewhere for much cheaper!
