I recently switched to Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Hospital after going to Loomis Basin for many years. Due to a lack of customer service and the fact you get a different doctor every visit, it was time to move on. Rocklin Ranch came highly recommended by two different friends. Our 2 year old cat had been sick and in the hospital at Loomis and was not getting better. Now our new kitten was becoming ill. We called and got an appointment with Dr. Estes. The front desk took us back immediately (10 minutes before our scheduled time) and within a minute the vet tech was in the room. She had just started and Dr. Estes was in the room! Dr. Estes was kind and so caring with our two babies. She had read all the reports and test results from Loomis before even coming into the room. She knew her stuff. No need to repeat anything. She did the exam, took the necessary stool samples and had them sent off for testing. She outlined a plan of attack to get them better. Our visit lasted about 1 1/2 hours. She even called a couple of hours later to see how the cats were doing. Everyone has been so nice to us there. A bonus is that they board....no more driving to Sacramento or Folsom to board our cats and dog!!! My only regret is not switching years ago when I was first told about Dr. Estes.

We have taken our Boarder Collie and Pug to the Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Hospital for over ten years, starting at their old location by Stanford Ranch and Pleasant Grove. They have come a long way since then. Our dogs always have had the best care from the entire staff. From anal glands to surgery on our pugs leg when she was a puppy their service and skill have always be great. My wife and I would always recommend them to anyone who needs help with a dog or cat. Give them a try and see if you agree with us.

My husband and I moved here from Baltimore, Md. on Nov. 2010. Because our pets are like our children, it was very important to find a good Veterinary. On my first visit to Rocklin Ranch, I saw a gentlemen in the receptionist area talking to different clients in a very friendly and warm way. I later found it to be Dr. Basra. My Havanese, Roxy was having heart problems with continuous heart failures. Dr. Basra was very helpful in caring for her for 3 years and very compassionate when we had to end her suffering. Everyone at the hospital were very caring to my husband and myself. We now have 2 Havanese, Bella and Sadie. I am so happy to have Dr. Basra to rely on and help keep my new babies healthy. Thank you Dr. Basra and all of the staff of Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Hospital.

Such a knowledgeable and friendly group of people!! They have been nothing but courteous and sweet to my dog Loki and I. They really make you feel comfortable and you know your going to get great customer service every time you go in for a visit.
