I was there this morning and was treated very rude by the lady at the desk. She had been on the phone and was acting as if I was bothering her by being there. All I wanted was to have someone look at my dog and she said, "It wouldn't do any good to have them look at her because she need to see a specialist, neurologist, so that is where I should go." She was very rude to me. I was so shocked, I didn't know what to say. I explained to her first of all that my daughter in law called and talked to someone who said I could bring my dog in because it was an emergency to be seen around 8 am. I got there about 8:30 am. I have never been treated like that in my life by any doctor office. She was very unprofessional. I would not refer anyone there because of her attitude. I would have to give it a 0.
