While vacationing abroad, our 10 1/2 yr. Golden Retriever suffered "gastric torsion or bloat" and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. Not only was it hard for us, the Vet in charge was totally honest and showed nothing but compassion and concern for us and Bella. Even though our little girl was only with them a very short period of time, we received a card that that had a personal message and signature from everyone who was on duty. They showed genuine love and concern, not only for her when she had to cross over, but, for us as a family and our other furr-baby who missed her terribly. A first class facility!

Exceptional care. My dog had emergency surgery and the staff—everyone from the surgeon to administrative help—were friendly, affable and very helpful. So grateful to them for saving my beloved dog's life.

Vet is absolutely sadistic, seemed to get great joy out of telling me horrible things. Failed to x-ray my cat when they should have so lung cancer went undiagnosed. Tried to charge for a bunch of tests they didn't perform.
