My animals has been going to Dr Case for 6 years now and she is the best Doctor they have ever had. Never has anyone in that office been rude. Even when the client is being rude to them, they still stay professional. Thank you Dr Case and the entire staff (including the cats) for being there for my animals.

I have read reviews of this vet clinic on another site and the ones in this site and they were so wrong. They must have been first time clients and expected a high class place. This clinic is great. The staff are great people. Dr. Case is a very caring doctor who really feels for the pet, no matter what size. She is knowledgable in whatever is wrong with your pet and it is not an expensive place for pet care. Other larger multiple doctors clinics charge high to pay their big salaries and overhead. Dr Case is a one on one doctor. I have been taking my pets to her for many years for needed shots to the visit today. My little dog had a lump on her shoulder and I was thinking the worst. She came in to exam room, listened to heart, felt the lump and said, just a fatty lump. She had a medical term but this is what it meant. Other reviews on another site said the office smelled of urine and the staff was impolite. None of that is true. I would and have told many of my pet loving friends about this place. Please go in and judge for yourself. This place and doctor and staff go the distance for giving caring personal attention to your pet. She even went to my daughter's home after hours to do the sad deed of putting one of my daughter's dogs to sleep so that my daughter would not have to make her dog, already in pain, be loaded into a car for that. Now this is a GREAT person!! So thank you Dr. Case and staff for being the caring vet clinic. 11/7/12

I purchased my shapei at 8 weeks and took her in. They were very polite and set up a schedule to get her shots. The staff and doctor were very professional. This is a business and they treat it like one. No one was rude and I got in and out in a reasonable time. The prices are great as well. Satisfied so far.

In spite of negative reviews, a rescue friend told us to trust Dr. Case. We did. Dental surgery on our Bichon went well. The Dr. was direct and business-like, no nonsense. Office staff were nice (it helps to be nice yourself). Cats were pleasant but make sure your mutt is leashed or crated. Bill was reasonable. And, the place was clean though not modern. Suitable to our needs.
