Karen is a horrible miserable rude employee who knows NOTHING!! about pet food went out of her way to be disrespectful to me and my sister..Will never ever shop this store again.

Whats not to like about PFE? Compared to any other pet store, this company has it all - a focus on customer service, knowledgable and capable staff, warm and welcoming inside, tons of community events, and price matching. This location has pet baths, cat adoptions (PFE provides this space complimentary to the Placer SPCA), and an indoor pet park! A perfect fit for the Fountains atmosphere of community. I feel great feeding my pets only the best foods and providing them safe products tested to be free of harmful chemicals and lead.

Two thumbs (paws) up from me and my furry kids, we love PFE roseville. The team members are so nice and really knowledgable. They carry quality and safe products at pretty comparable prices to regular dog food. Even the freeze-dried and raw foods are a pretty good deal because I guess the animals don't need to eat as much if the nutritional content in the food is higher. Its a nice place to hang out unlike other pet food stores and my girlfriend and I love their community events.

I use the self-service dog wash, its the best! I make a big mess with my big dog, and they keep the bath area sparkling clean. Someone always helps me coax my dog up and into the bath- the workers are very friendly. And the price is great- use the buy 3 get one deal! Thanks Petfood Express!

I went there for the VIP Veterinary clinic. I needed to get my dog updated on all her shots to get her license renewed. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes, a lot quicker than I assumed. while there I walked around and was not badgered by any associates, but there were readily available when I had a question. Now, I was quoted a price over the phone by my regular vet and vip though pet food express, My vet was more than twice what I paid through vip. I am one EXTREMELY HAPPY customer. I would recommend them to anyone. PS my dog was very well taken care of and very comfortable.
